Absolutely. All Morbid Mystique products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Our body products use skin-safe, phthalate-free fragrance oils. Always patch test first.
Our candles burn approximately 40–60 hours depending on size. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
Yes! Choose from our scent library or describe your dream scent and we'll blend it for you.
No minimums for individual custom orders. For bulk/events, contact us for volume pricing.
2–4 weeks for most custom pieces. Rush orders may be accommodated — contact us to discuss.
Yes! We love creating custom gift sets and favours for weddings, baby showers, and corporate events.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. See our Shipping & Returns page.
Please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours. We'll replace or refund immediately.
Yes, exchanges for store credit are available within 14 days of delivery.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. Contact us before production starts for changes.
