Same-Day Processing Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST on business days are processed and prepared for shipment the same day.
Tracking Notification A tracking number and shipping confirmation email are sent automatically the moment your order leaves our studio.
US Domestic Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Eligibility

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

  • Unused and unopened items in their original or equivalent packaging
  • Items returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Items accompanied by a return authorisation from our team — please email us first
  • Items with original packaging are strongly preferred; please retain all packaging materials until you are satisfied with your order
  • Custom or personalised orders — these are made uniquely for you and are non-returnable once production has started
  • Opened or used body care products (body scrubs, bath & body items) for hygiene and safety reasons

How to Return an Item

Email Us to Initiate
Send an email to hello@morbidmystique.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Receive Your Return Label
Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your securely packaged item.

Ship It Back to Us
Drop your package off at any authorised carrier location. Make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Keep your drop-off receipt until the refund is confirmed.

Refund in 5–7 Business Days
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Received a Damaged Item?

We take great care in packaging every order to arrive safely. In the rare event that something is damaged in transit, we've got you fully covered. Here's exactly what to do:

  • 1 Photograph the damage — take clear photos of the damaged item and, if possible, the packaging it arrived in. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and ensures we resolve your issue quickly.
  • 2 Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@morbidmystique.com with your order number and photos attached. The 48-hour window is important so we can coordinate with the carrier.
  • 3 Choose your resolution — we will offer you a free replacement item shipped at no additional cost, or a full refund to your original payment method. The choice is yours, no questions asked.

Our Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right — full stop. Your satisfaction is not negotiable at Morbid Mystique.

Shipping FAQ

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all US orders totalling $50 or more. No code needed — add your favourite items and the discount appears. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99 via standard delivery.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your order is dispatched from our studio. This is usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it — or contact us and we'll resend it.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time we ship within the United States only. We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to expand soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we ship to your country!
