All Morbid Mystique products are handmade with care and intention in Pleasant Garden, North Carolina. As a natural consequence of the artisan process, each item is unique. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Slight Variations: Colour, texture, pattern, and size may vary slightly from the product images shown on our website. These variations are a natural and celebrated characteristic of handmade goods, not defects.
• Representative Images: Product photographs are intended to be representative of the item. Actual products may differ slightly due to monitor calibration, photography lighting, and the inherent uniqueness of handcrafted items.
• Natural Ingredients: Some products contain natural fragrances, botanical ingredients, and essential oils. Always review ingredient lists carefully if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
• No Two Are Identical: Resin products, in particular, feature unique colour swirls and inclusions that make each piece a one-of-a-kind work of art.

03 — Orders & Payment Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product description or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partners.

• We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original or equivalent packaging.
• Custom Orders: Items made to order, personalised products, and custom creations are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, as they are crafted specifically for you.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
• Return Process: All returns must be authorised before items are sent back. Please email us first to initiate the process. Unauthorised returns may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
